Application temperature is critical to how a vinyl performs; all films should have recommended minimum and maximum working temperatures; and a clean and dust-free environment will aid application greatly. Design of the wrap should take into consideration graphic joins within vehicle panels; choose the appropriate material for different vehicle shapes and sizes; understand the limitations of the vinyl; and choose the appropriate application technique for the contours of the vehicle to be wrapped.
